Mustard, malty with a bite
We have teamed up with Bone Up Brewing in Everett to make this delicious spicy beer mustard. Their porter, which they call "Shut Up Kelly!", lends the mustard both a roasted malty flavor as well as a hint of sweetness. Our mix of fresh ground yellow and brown mustard seeds and just the right amount of raw cider vinegar give it its bite. Use on pretzels, burgers, sandwiches, grilled cheese, or in your favorite salad dressing.
