Fermented green beans have an incredible texture. You will actually snap into them. This often surprises people when they sample them. Typical dilly green beans have been cooked in the canning process and this softens them. Our fermented foods are always raw, which allows them to retain their incredible crunch!
Our beans are our own variation on the classic dilly bean. You’ll taste dill, garlic, mustard, pepper, and of course the salty and sour taste that comes with delicious authentically fermented pickles. Eat them as a snack, dipped in your favorite aioli, or in a stir fry.
