Bethany started her journey into fermentation after learning about the health benefits of probiotics in Kombucha. She learned that kombucha wasn’t difficult to make and was hooked. She has spent the past 6 years experimenting with pickles and learning everything she can about the fermentation process. Bethany has attended several fermentation workshops and is particularly interested in reviving traditional food preparation methods. She believes that traditional fermentation is amazing for it’s health benefits, amazing flavors, and the connection it gives us to our past. She is passionate about working with local farmers to be able to share traditional foods with people who love it as much as she does.
